At Hajveri Sweets Ali Pur, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as our products are fresh and perishable food items, we follow a strict refund and return policy.
No Returns on Food Items
Due to the nature of sweets and food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

Refund Process

Non-Refundable Cases
